COVID-19 Service Update

Yesterday the Governor of Michigan ordered a 15 day stay-at-home order of non-essential businesses in our state. I want to make it clear that we are continuing to operate remotely for customer and sales support. This means that we can receive and process your orders, as well as answer any project related questions including design services. We also continue to work on product development requests and customized marketing projects.
 
Please take note that our fulfillment operations center will be impacted by the mandate for at least a week.  We are reviewing options, but the Michigan order is much more restrictive than other states that have imposed similar orders, yet still have allowed construction or security-related businesses some latitude. If you have immediate project needs, our customer service team can help point you to one of our larger distributor partners that have strong inventory.  We are a team that bridges across state boundaries, and we are happy to help you during this difficult time for all businesses.
